The Coordinating Committee of the Unique District of Castilla y León, in which the Education Department participates along with the public universities Burgos, León, Salamanca, and Valladolid, has established the pre-registration period from June 4 to July 4.
During these dates, students who have passed the PAU and are interested in studying at any of the four public universities in the Community can apply for a place. This calendar complies with the limits set by the Ministry of Universities.
As in the previous year, to streamline the pre-registration and enrollment process in public universities, the three lists of admitted students will be published in July. Thus, these lists will be communicated on July 10, 21, and 25.
The formalization of enrollments can be done from the same day the three lists of admitted students are published, and students can request to remain on the waiting list after the publication of each of them.
During the pre-registration process last year, the universities of Burgos, León, Salamanca, and Valladolid received over 195,000 applications to study one of the undergraduate degrees offered for the 2024-2025 academic year. In the end, 15,126 students, a total of 705 more than in the previous year, were enrolled as new students in the current academic year.
