Proposals that merge tradition, craftsmanship, and innovation
Designers from Castilla y León will present collections that range from tradition and nature to innovation and experimentation with new technologies.
Natacha Arranz Atelier – ‘The Botanical Collection’
Natacha Arranz Atelier presents a collection inspired by nature, where 3D flowers and fabrics with baroque effects create a theatrical aesthetic. With an architectural structure and studied volume overlays, the designer from Valladolid constructs a proposal that exalts femininity and commitment to the environment.
Ángel Iglesias – ‘Vendimia de Colores’
Ángel Iglesias attends the event celebrating 50 years in the fashion industry and his 100th collection. The Zamora-based brand Ángel Iglesias draws inspiration from vineyards and the richness of the wine universe. Their proposal combines intense tones (garnets, golds, purples, and blues) with fluid fabrics that enhance femininity and movement. Each garment pays tribute to the authenticity and legacy of Spanish tradition.
Concha Ceballos – ‘Flor de Sueños’
Concha Ceballos’ proposal is inspired by the delicacy and beauty of flowers, transforming each dress into a natural work of art. With embroideries that evoke blooming gardens and light fabrics that flow with elegance, the Burgos-based designer seeks to capture the essence of romanticism for a bride who wants to stand out for her freshness and sophistication.
Raquel Tomillo (RQ) – ‘The Best’
Raquel Tomillo comes to the runway with a strong focus on exclusivity. This collection by the Burgos-based designer stands out for fitted silhouettes and structured volumes, using monochromatic fabrics with reliefs. The mix of textures and floral details in relief create elegant contrasts that enhance the female figure, in a proposal designed for women seeking distinction and design.
Esther Noriega – Haute Couture Bridal
The bridal collection for Atelier Couture by Esther Noriega represents the fusion of classic and contemporary. With meticulous work in every detail, her designs stand out for their clean lines, artisanal embroideries, and exclusive fabrics, reflecting the essence of a confident, elegant, and sophisticated woman.
Sara Santiago – ‘Suspiros de Sakura’
Inspired by the cherry blossom, Sara Santiago’s collection reflects the ephemeral beauty and transience of time. With irregular volumes and ethereal tulles that evoke falling petals, the designer from León creates dresses full of movement and delicacy, where imperfection becomes part of their essence.
Carolina Gázquez – ‘Run & Run’
Carolina Gázquez presents a rebellious proposal that challenges the conventions of bridal fashion. With dresses incorporating 3D messages on transparent tulle, like ‘Game Over’ or ‘Not Forever’, the Burgos-based designer provokes a reflection on the concept of marriage. The designs opt for voluminous silhouettes, flowing fabrics, and a palette dominated by white and pink.
Eulalia Mateos – ‘W/TWO, Wedding Two’
In her second bridal collection, Valladolid designer Eulalia Mateos opts for a naïve and delicate vision, with dresses that move away from the traditional bride to incorporate subtle volumes, defined waists, and pure lines. With a vintage and romantic touch, the collection plays with the nostalgia of fashion from past eras reinterpreted from a contemporary perspective.
Alejandro Maíllo – ‘Albor’
Alejandro Maillo’s proposal is inspired by the first rays of daylight. The collection explores a transition of colors and textures symbolizing the dawn. His bridal and party dresses combine brocades, organzas, and mikados, offering designs ranging from minimalist and straight to voluminous silhouettes with a Basque waist, a nod to tradition with a contemporary approach.
Ainhoa Salcedo Couture – ‘Jardines Encantados’
Valladolid designer Ainhoa Salcedo redefines bridal fashion by integrating artificial intelligence in the design and making of her dresses. Thanks to this technology, she has developed innovative patterns and intricate embroideries, as well as optimizing the use of materials, minimizing waste. Her dresses evoke a magical universe where personalization is key, adapting each piece to the bride’s silhouette and style.
José Martín Haute Couture – ‘Aura Intemporal’
Palencia designer José Martín pays tribute to timeless elegance, with silhouettes inspired by 1920s fashion. Delicate lace, flowing silks, and airy tulles are combined with handcrafted embroideries, creating designs that convey spontaneous and sophisticated glamour. His color palette ranges from pure ivory to golds and silvers that bring luminosity to each piece.
